Ruby with Max

The power went out in a fierce winter storm and Max, a Congo African Grey parrot, was cold. So Ruby, his owner, called the power company to see when the problem would be fixed. She spoke with Bonnie who could hear Max in the background complaining, “I’m SO cold.”
